Our online trading platform functions just like you trade in digital gold. You buy and sell a small unit of very large commodity through fractional investment methodology and someone somewhere executes all the small individual actions collectively on behalf of every individual investor.
If you wish to buy a commercial property listed in our platform, you can do so by converting your tokens / SPV Shares at a very attractive discounted rate on the extra amount. Suppose you have 10 INR worth of token / SPV shares and you want to purchase a property worth 100 INR. You will need to pay an extra 90 INR on which we will offer attractive discounts as per the client relation.
If you wish to sell your property, you can do so partially or fully. Let’s assume you own a commercial property worth 100 INR and You wish to sell 10% of your property. In this way, you can have absolute control of the property with extra cash in hand as profit. Unless you sell more than 50% of the property, you reserve absolute control of it through SPV Shares.
