We partner with property owners to help them raise funds directly from common people to develop a high growth commercial real estate project with high capital appreciation and rental yields, through creating a Special Purpose Vehicle (a separate private limited company, specifically created to execute specific commercial real estate development project), based on the amount it wants to raise. Then we tokenize the amount and list the project in our platform for public trading. When someone buy a token (For less than 3 lakh of investment)or SPV share(For more than 3 lakhs of investment), the equivalent amount of share of that specific SPV is kept reserved (For Token Subscription)for that investor or transfer (For SPV Share Subscription) the share to the investor though Share Securities Subscription Agreement (SSA) by micropromoting through cutting edge technology. The value of the token is directly proportionate to the value of SPV shares, just like you invest in digital gold, where someone reserve the gold in somewhere for you.

When you wish to sell your investment, you can sell partially or completely according to your wish. The transfer of Token or SPV Shares can be done privately to someone you know or in our exchange.
