Then we discuss with potential tenants / brokers to ensure regular cashflow through rentals from day one after finishing the construction work. Once the basic project report is ready including investment required, break-even point, time to finish construction etc. we start tokenizing the amount. Let’s assume, the total project cost is 100 INR. So, we will issue 100 tokens worth 1INR per token to raise funds. If the rental is 10 INR per year and property rate increase by 20%, then after one year, the value of the project will be 120+10 = 130. Which means now, the value of 100 token increases from 100 to 130. If you would have bought 1 token at 1 INR per token rate, it would have valued at 1.3 INR, with 30% capital appreciation in one year. Once you wish to sell your token, you can either sell it to someone you personally know or in our exchange. Once a settlement is done, the money instantly credited in your wallet without any delay.

If you are willing to invest more than 10 lakhs INR, you can invest the amount through a SPV (A separate private limited entity to manage the investment) and directly involve, monitor, vote and take action on the said property management as a director of the SPV.
